4 shot and killed, 2 injured in eastern Joburg, police confirm

JOHANNESBURG - Four men have been found dead, and two others injured in Dawn Park, east of Johannesburg.
According to police, at around 6am on Wednesday, they received a report to the scene where six men were discovered with multiple injuries.
Their bodies were dumped near a railway line on Hazelwood Street.
The four victims were declared dead on the scene, while two survivors were rushed to a local hospital and are still receiving treatment.
An urgent investigation into the matter has been launched with four charges of murder and two of attempted murder now opened at a local police station.
No arrests have been made, and the motive remains unclear.
Police are urging anyone with information to assist.
