The latest data from the Central Energy Fund indicates a mix of fuel price adjustments for December.
While the price of petrol is set for a slight drop, the cost of diesel may increase.
Early indications are that the price of unleaded 95 petrol will fall by an estimated five cents per litre while unleaded 93 is set to reduce by 16 cents.
The less substantial decrease compared to previous months is due to the weakening rand.
The price of unleaded 93 currently sits at R20.98 inland and R20.19 at the coast.
Unleaded 95 sits at R21.30 inland and R20.51 on the coast.
The official petrol price will be published in the first week of December and will take effect on 4 December.
