CAPE TOWN - Police have made a breakthrough in their investigation into a vigilante killing in Kraaifontein.
The triple murder happened in Wallacedene on Monday morning.
The motive is not yet known.
Seven suspects have been arrested and are expected to appear in the Blue Downs Magistrates Court once charged.
The police's Andre Traut: "Vigilantism is condemned in the strongest possible terms and those who are under the impression that they can take the law into their own hands and get away with it should reconsider.
"This is what seven suspects aged between 24 and 49 realised when they were arrested during a tracing operation which commenced last night in Wallacedene and concluded this [Wednesday] morning, with the seventh suspect behind bars."
