Russia has issued a two-undecillion ruble fine to Google for blocking accounts on YouTube.
Undecillion is a trillion times a trillion, or one followed by 36 zeros.

The fine is equivalent to US$2.5 decillion, significantly higher than the estimated World GDP of US$110 trillion.
In other words, Google cannot pay the fine.
