Mkhwebane denies MK is poaching members from EFF

JOHANNESBURG - One of the uMkhonto weSizwe party's latest recruits, Busisiwe MKhwebane is adamant that the party is not poaching people from the Economic Freedom Fighters.
Mkhwebane joined the MK party after spending a year with the EFF.
On Friday, she became the latest high-profile politician to dump the red berets in favour of MK, following in the footsteps of former EFF deputy president Floyd Shivambu and Mzwanele Manyi.

The EFF and MK party are part of the progressive caucus in Parliament - an opposition bloc to the Government of National Unity (GNU).
Mkhwebane, who has been appointed as the MK party's Mpumalanga convenor, said that it is important for both parties remain on good terms.
Former ANC stalwart Willies Mchunu also joined the MK as the party's leader in its most important province, KwaZulu-Natal.
