The municipality's Maart-Marie Haasbrok said the water network would be restored throughout the week.
"The construction work to repair the damaged water network in the Riverlands/Chatsworth area has been completed as per the schedule. The restoration of the water supply will be a process and therefore, the water trucks will still be operating in the area until the system is fully operational."
