Gininda has denied preparing a confession and forcing Muzi Sibiya to sign it, as he claims. He has pointed out all the details allegedly given by Sibiya, saying there is no way police could have known them.

These include an alleged consultation that the accused had with a traditional healer before allegedly murdering Senzo Meyiwa.

“We explained to the traditional healer [Mkhulu] that we want to check if we are going to succeed in doing this job.

"We further mentioned to Mkhulu that we are going to kill Senzo Meyiwa, and we were hired by Kelly Khumalo, who was the girlfriend of Senzo Meyiwa.”

Gininda is set to return to the witness stand on Monday.
