ANC in Limpopo reflects on Tito Mboweni's life
The 65-year-old died almost a week ago following a short illness.

TZANEEN- Former Finance Minister and SA Reserve Bank Governor Tito Mboweni will be remembered at a memorial service in his hometown of Tzaneen, on Thursday evening.
The African National Congress (ANC) in Limpopo will lead a gathering in Mboweni’s hometown, to commemorate Mbowen’s life.
The 65-year-old died almost a week ago following a short illness.

ANC provincial leaders and community members occupied the Nkowankowa Community Hall.
ANC's National Executive Committee (NEC) member, David Mahlobo is expected to address mourners at the packed hall.
Family, friends and community members said they’re there to share fond and joyful memories of a man they say was larger than life.
The ANC in the province added that Mboweni played a crucial role in shaping South African politics and serving the country with distinction after joining the party in 1985.
Mboweni will be buried rest on Saturday, in a special official funeral.
