DStv Content Creator Awards: 'The Cooking Husband' wins content creator of the year gong

JOHANNESBURG - "The Cooking Husband", whose real name is Sifiso Sinoyolo, took the DStv Content Creator of the Year Award at the weekend.

Known for pushing the boundaries, redefining creativity, and serving nothing but pure-fire content all year long, Mzansi's brightest celebs and content producers made their entry on the purple carpet of the DStv Content Creator Awards, which celebrated and recognised these creatives.

Self-taught home cook, Sinoyolo, who is a pharmacist by trade, started his culinary adventure on Instagram in 2020 and has since grown a loyal following of fans who enjoy his simple, filling, and delectable dishes.

He also received the Foodie Award in addition to the DStv Content Creator of the Year Award.

He took to social media to thank his wife for everything and the support.

The awards ceremony was held at Sandton's Nelson Mandela Square, with Anele Mdoda as the event's master of ceremonies.
