Modack, an alleged underworld gang boss, and his 14 co-accused face 122 charges related to Kinnear's murder in 2020.
Defence attorney Pauline Andrews cross-examined Hawks officer, Captain Trevor Shaw, about evidence extracted from two of Jantjies' cellphones.
Andrews informed the court that Jantjies believes 29 audio recordings, which contain crucial evidence, were deleted from her phones.
According to Jantjies, the recordings will show that former Anti-Gang Unit boss, Andre Lincoln, was involved in plotting the attacks on Kinnear.
