JOHANNESBURG - African National Congress Youth League (ANCYL) president Collen Malatji says if the unemployment crisis remains unresolved by December, the youth league will take action to remove President Cyril Ramaphosa from the union buildings.
Malatji made these remarks outside the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) offices in Sandton, where the league was protesting for a more inclusive economy.
Thousands of young people participated in the ANCYL's march from the city centre to the JSE headquarters, calling for greater economic opportunities for the youth.

Over 20,000 young people flooded the streets of Johannesburg on Friday, marching in the scorching heat to demand an end to poverty and inequality.
Malatji said the JSE, being Africa's largest stock exchange, has failed to engage the youth in economic activities.
He has also sent a message to Ramaphosa, saying if their demonstrations prove fruitless, the youth league will take its concerns to his doorstep.
"If by December there is no clear direction, we have resolved that I am going to install myself as the president of this country. It is clear that we can lead better than them," said Malatji.
Malatji has handed over a memorandum of demands to the JSE.
