Zoalize Jansen van Rensburg was crowned the new Miss World South Africa 2024 at the Sun City Super Bowl on Saturday (5 October 2024).
The 18-year-old from Pretoria is a digital and marketing executive at Scuderia, Ferrari South Africa.
She was the first runner-up during the inaugural competition last year that saw medical doctor Claude Mashego become the first-ever winner of the title.
The Miss World South Africa competition is all about beauty with a purpose.
The judges were impressed by Jansen van Rensburg's Beauty with a Purpose project, Never Too Young to Advocate (NTYTA), a digital platform that focuses on creating global visibility and audibility for the youth.
She will represent South Africa at the 72nd Miss World pageant in February next year.
