Kodwa is accused of accepting kickbacks from his co-accused, former EOH boss Jehan Mackay, between 2015 and 2016 in exchange for government tenders.
Speaking shortly after Kodwa’s appearance, Majavu said he was ready to prove Kodwa's innocence.
"In any event, I had indicated that with or without a decision on the submission that we have made, we remain ready. So, even if we were to wake up tomorrow and ignore those submissions, there will never be a postponement at the instance of Mr Kodwa."
