DURBAN - The KwaZulu-Natal provincial government is set to launch a Climate Change and Sustainability council, in a bid to handle weather-related events.
This as the province continues to be rocked by harsh and unpredictable weather conditions, spurred on by climate change.

Two weeks ago, thousands of motorists were stranded on the N3 highway which was covered in snow.
