People looking to claim from the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) may experience delays.
The Department of Employment and Labour confirmed several of its online platforms were offline.
Its uFiling, Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD), Virtual Office and the UIF Covid19 TERS services are temporarily down.
This after the Pretoria High Court issued a judgement preventing the service provider from operating with immediate effect (30 August).

To mitigate frustrations around applications and submissions, Minister Nomakhosazana Meth said there will be additional staff at all UIF service points.
Operating hours will also be extended.
“We are anticipating that the disruption will result in increased volumes of clients at our service points. We therefore sincerely apologise to our clients and stakeholders for the delays and any inconvenience…”
