It seems that Chuck Norris is channeling the spirit of Walker Texas Ranger - the hit character who could never die no matter what was thrown at him.
In a video posted to the actor's Instagram page, he appears to be lifting weights, 'just warming up in the gym,' he says to his son recording the video.
The video has accumulated over 1.6 million likes so far because people are loving his sense of humour.
Norris captioned the video saying: "Rumor has it when I finish my workout, the weights have to take a break, haha! All kidding aside, I hope you all had a great summer and continue to have a wonderful rest of your year. God Bless, Chuck Norris."
Fans of the hit action show got nostalgic about their favourite character and spread some of Norris' humour in the comments section.
