JOHANNESBURG - Eskom continues to lose billions of rands to illegal connections.
And while the power utility has been successful in putting a stop to load shedding for the past four months, it continues to bleed as a result of the theft of infrastructure and illegal connections.
Addressing the media on Monday during their summer rollout plan, Eskom group executive for distribution, Monde Bala, painted a bleak picture of their financial losses due to illegal connections.
