JOHANNESBURG - "She loved God and gave all to the kingdom of God."
These are the words of Bishop Benjamin Dube at Zanele Mbokazi-Nkambule's funeral service at Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre on Saturday.
She was afforded a special provincial official funeral, Category 2, which includes elements of police ceremonial honours and is reserved for distinguished persons specifically designated by the president of South Africa on request by the premier of a province.
Among those who paid homage to Mbokazi-Nkambule were gospel artists, politicians, loved ones and her listenership at Ukhozi FM - the largest station in Africa.
