CAPE TOWN - Accused number two on trial along with alleged underworld crime boss, Nafiz Modack, and 13 others has continued to deny the charges against him.
Modack and his co-accused face 122 charges for various crimes, including the murder of top cop, Charl Kinnear.
Zane Kilian is accused of tracking Kinnear on behalf of Modack right up until the day before his murder in September 2020.
Kinnear, who was head of the anti-gang unit at the time had seized various firearms from Modack during a raid at his home in 2017.
Kinnear was also investigating Modack and one of the alleged associates, Anwar Gallie, in another firearms case at the time of his murder.
