Mpumalanga MEC confident more charges will be added to case against 95 Libyan nationals
The group, who are linked to an illegal military camp in Mpumalanga, made their second appearance at the White River Magistrates Court on Monday facing charges related to giving false information on their visas.

WHITE RIVER - Mpumalanga Community Safety MEC Jackie Macie said that he was confident that more charges would be added in the case against 95 Libyan nationals linked to an illegal military camp in the province.
The group made their second appearance at the White River Magistrates Court on Monday, facing charges related to giving false information on their visas.
The group was arrested in July during a police raid on a farm where the illegal military camp was uncovered. The case has been postponed to later August.

The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) previously told Eyewitness News that it believed more arrests in the matter were imminent.
This was corroborated by Macie, who, without divulging too much, expressed his confidence in more charges being added.
"The other matters are going to be presented before the court on the 26th of August."
Amid the ongoing investigations, the defence believes it has an iron-clad case and said the postponement was fitting to allow the law to take its course.
All 95 accused will remain behind bars at the Mbombela Correctional Facility while specialised teams investigated the contraband, military equipment, and drugs found on the farm.
