JOHANNESBURG - Team SA heads into the third day of the Paris 2024 Olympics with one medal in the bank, courtesy of the men’s rugby sevens team who took the bronze medal. There is a full day of competition, with Team SA involved in 10 sports, but only one (mountain bike cycling) is a medals event.
