Durban Magistrates Court declared safe after bomb threat
Court officials were evacuated from the building on Tuesday morning after an official received a phone call alleging an explosive was planted inside court.

DURBAN - Police in KwaZulu-Natal said that no bomb was found at the Durban Magistrates Court building following a bomb scare.
Court officials were evacuated from the building on Tuesday morning after an official received a phone call alleging an explosive was planted inside court.
Following an hour-long search, the police explosive and K9 unit declared the building safe.
Police spokesperson, Robert Netshiunda: "The search and sweeping has been completed and no bomb was found. The Durban Magistrates Court building has been declared safe for occupation."
