Joshlin Smith case to be transferred to Western Cape High Court
The case of kidnapping and human trafficking in relation to missing six-year-old Joshlin Smith is set to be transferred to the Western Cape High Court.

CAPE TOWN - The case of kidnapping and human trafficking in relation to missing six-year-old Joshlin Smith is set to be transferred to the Western Cape High Court.
Joshlin's mother, Kelly Smith, Jacquen Appolis, Stevano van Rhyn and Lourencia Lombaard made another brief appearance in the Vredenburg Magistrate's Court on Monday.
The State has requested more time for further investigation as it awaits forensic reports from new evidence against the accused.
National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) spokesperson, Eric Ntabazalila, said that while the investigation was still ongoing, the State was ready for trial.
"After the 16th of September, we will start drafting an indictment and summary of facts which we will hand to the accused when they appear again and we will transfer the matter to the high court."
