CAPE TOWN - Three police officers have been arrested after they allegedly robbed a motorist at a filling station in the Free State.

The officers are reported to have stopped a vehicle and ordered the driver to step out, but when he refused to do so, they followed him to a local garage where they grabbed his cell phone before speeding off.

The incident took place earlier in July and circulated on social media.
