KZN police recover stolen car parts worth over R1m from Durban home
Officers say they received a tip-off about a man and woman selling counterfeit goods from their residence.

DURBAN - Police in KwaZulu-Natal have recovered stolen car parts worth over R1 million in Durban North.
Officers said that they received a tip-off about a man and woman selling counterfeit goods from their residence.
When searching the property, they discovered several boxes in a safe, containing car parts.
"A search led the police to a storeroom inside the property where boxes containing various brands of car parts spares and accessories were stored. A search was also conducted on a vehicle on the property which belongs to the couple and further spares were found," said police spokesperson Carmen Rhynes.
Rhynes said that the arrested pair may face additional charges.
"The couple, aged between 55 and 63, were subsequently arrested and recovery made of the value of R1.2 million where respectively further investigation is in progress and further charges are imminent."
