After delay, July fuel price decrease to kick in at midnight

CAPE TOWN - Fuel prices drop at midnight - a day later than usual.
The pumps are usually adjusted on the first Wednesday of the month, but they've been delayed because Mineral and Petroleum Resources Minister Gwede Mantashe was sworn in on Wednesday.
A significant drop in petrol prices is expected to come into effect from midnight.
Unleaded petrol will decrease by 99 cents per litre, while leaded petrol will drop by R1.05 per litre.
Diesel is expected to decrease by 30 cents per litre, with paraffin dropping by 18 cents.
The current drop in petrol prices is influenced by the price of Brent Crude oil dropping from $82.98 to $82.24 per barrel.
