In the meantime, Grobler has already been excused and the matter postponed until 4 October.
Grobler was granted bail of R150,000 the last time the matter was in court, subject to various conditions including that he reported twice weekly to his local police station.
That was on Wednesday also amended to require him to report only once weekly.
