JOHANNESBURG - Recently elected Democratic Alliance (DA) member of Parliament, Renaldo Gouws, is in hot water.

The former Nelson Mandela Bay ward two councillor trended on social media on Monday after a video emerged of him going on a radical rant about how white South Africans are subjected to reverse apartheid.

Gouws confirmed to EWN that he made the video in 2009.

And while many defended Gouws, claiming his sentiments were not in fact racist, a new video has emerged, with Gouws angrily referring to black South Africans by a derogatory term used during apartheid.

"Kill the f***ing k*****s, kill all the f***ing n*****s. That’s all I've got to say, kill all the f***ing k*****s, kill all the  f***ing n*****s."

A video of recently sworn-in DA parliamentarian, Gouws, has emerged online where he goes off on a racist rant in response to former African National Congress Youth League (ANCYL) leader, Julius Malema, and the "Kill die boer" chant.

The video has come to light after Gouws trended online on Monday when a video he made in 2009 resurfaced.

In the latest video to leak online, Gouws can be seen in a room with a green T-shirt and beanie on as he angrily speaks to the camera.

Two minutes of the six-minute clip leaked on X on Wednesday night.

In the video, Gouws refers to it being 90 days before the 2010 World Cup, meaning he would have made the video some time around March 2010.

Numerous attempts to contact Gouws on Wednesday night proved futile, but on Monday after the first video emerged, he told EWN this:

"This has appeared and disappeared for the last six or seven years and this is about the fourth time now that I've spoken about this video. So could you maybe send me WhatsApp questions and I can give you my responses that I have done of the last couple of years."

Gouws previously served as the ward two councillor in Nelson Mandela Bay.

He has a YouTube channel, where he posts podcasts and commentary on current affairs, with 128,000 subscribers.
