ACT's Magashule says he's in coalition talks with several parties

PARYS - Leader of the African Congress for Transformation (ACT) Ace Magashule says he is in coalition talks with at least eight parties as the country waits with bated breath for election results.
Magashule previously admitted he was willing to join forces with Jacob Zuma’s uMkhonto weSizwe in a political play believed to be geared at taking African National Congress (ANC) votes.
Both former ANC bigwigs fell out of favour with the governing party before launching their own parties.

Speaking outside a voting station in Parys in the Free State on Wednesday, Magashule confirmed talks were already underway.
“Why can’t we work with ATM [African Transformation Movement]? Why can’t we work with EFF [Economic Freedom Fighters] ? Why can’t we work with MK? Why can’t we work with [Bantu] Holomisa? Why can’t we work with Hlaudi [Motsoeneng]? Why can’t we work with independents – I don’t know if we can do it.”
