JOHANNESBURG - International Relations Minister Naledi Pandor says a recent ruling by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) is an indication that it’s equally as concerned with the continued attacks on the people of Palestine by Israel.

This is the third ruling that the court has handed down putting in place measures to prevent acts of genocide in Palestine.
Pandor said this ruling is stronger than the last two.
"The wording of the ruling with much stronger language and much stronger."
Meanwhile, Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza city of Rafah have killed 35 people and injured dozens more.
This strike comes after Hamas launched rocket attacks towards Tel Aviv for the first time in months.
The Israeli military says its aircraft struck a Hamas compound in Rafah in which significant Hamas terrorists were operating.
The strike took place in Tel Al Sultan, west of Rafah, where thousands of people were taking shelter after many fled the eastern areas of the city where Israeli forces began a ground offensive over two weeks ago.
