Hlabisa’s final address to thousands of supporters ahead of the country’s elections was met with resounding applause and fireworks at the uMhlathuze Sports Complex.
Hlabisa painted a grim picture of the South Africa millions were promised.
“The treasure we won in 1994 has been damaged and pillaged not by a foreign enemy or an invading force, but by the people named in the Zondo Commission.”
He emphasised the party’s commitment to the youth and unemployed, reiterating their policy of introducing an unemployed graduate grant of three thousand rand for a fixed period.
