DURBAN - The Durban Magistrates Court will on Wednesday deliver judgment in the bail application of the five men accused of killing rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and celebrity chef Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane.

They have for the past few months been trying to secure bail. However, the State is opposing their request.
In the previous court appearances, the court heard about the role of each of the accused who are linked to the murders.
The State believes that the rapper was targeted as he was followed from the airport, allegedly by accused four Mziwethemba Gwabeni.
The State also alleges that Gwabeni is the alleged co-ordinator who paid more than R130,000 to another accused after the job was done.
Gwebeni has, however, denied that the money is linked to the hit.
Following arguments by both the State and defence in the bail application, the magistrate will deliver a judgement in the application.
