JOHANNESBURG - The case against a North West woman accused of murdering her family members for financial gain remains not ready for trial.
Segomotsi Setshwantso made a brief appearance in the Kuruman Magistrates Court on Thursday for the murder of her son.
She is also accused of poisoning her niece with a sandwich and scoring an R3 million insurance payout for her death.

Segomotsi Setshwantsho was charged with the murder of her son in February after his body was excavated when investigators suspected foul play.
It's understood the 49-year-old bought him a Steers burger last year while they were travelling from Cape Town, where he was studying, to Mothibistad in the Northern Cape where they live.
He died shortly afterward.
This murder case of her son must be joined with the murder of her niece, a matter that is being heard in the Mmabatho Magistrates Court in Mahikeng.
But three months later, that has not been done.
On Thursday, the matter in Kuruman was postponed to next month for the joining of the cases.
At the same time, Setshwatsho is also being investigated for the murders of her two daughters and her husband.
