The Canadian singer-songwriter is back in South Africa, and she is loving it.
“There’s something about South Africa, it’s the vibe, it’s the energy. We came back this time with nine people…I brought everybody so that they can experience it themselves.”
- Jamie Fine, singer-songwriter
“There is nothing like it [performing in South Africa]. We got here and we got on stage and we just haven’t experienced anything like it. The fans and the people in general, they are true music people.”
- Jamie Fine, singer-songwriter
Fine has been on the music scene since 2014. She started as part of a duo with her friend Elijah Woods.
She ventured into more solo projects in 2020, releasing a series of singles, including ‘If Anything’s Left’.
She says South Africa was a leader for the song’s international success.
“It was shocking, it was like I can’t tell you the feeling that I had because I just didn’t know what to do with it.”
