JOHANNESBURG - The leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), Julius Malema, has not ruled out the possibility of his party forming a coalition block with former statesman Jacob Zuma’s uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) Party.

Malema was speaking during a media briefing in Johannesburg on Friday.

He said while the MK Party is yet to launch its manifesto, its views on land reform are similar to those of the EFF.

He said similarities between the two organisations are bound to unite the two parties.

“President Zuma says we must take the land - you heard that. Once a person says that, they become close to us. AZAPO [Azanian People's Organisation] says let's take the land, PAC [Pan Africanist Congress of Azania] says let's take the land and ATM [African Transformation Movement] says let's take the land.”
