Magashule's former PA arrested by US authorities, confirms NPA
Cholota was meant to be a key witness for the state however backtracked on her agreement to testify against the former Premier.

JOHANNESBURG - The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has confirmed that Moroadi Cholota, Ace Magashule's former PA has been arrested by authorities in the United States.
Cholota was meant to be a key witness for the State. However, she backtracked on her agreement to testify against the former premier.
She has been studying in the United States. The NPA says processes towards her extradition back to South Africa will start as soon as possible.
Cholota will appear alongside Magashule and 17 others for corruption over a failed asbestos project during his term of office.
They face more than 70 counts of fraud corruption and money laundering.
