EFF to share manifesto in Lenasia, Malema set to make address
The leader of the red berets joins several other political leaders who are on the ground, campaigning ahead of their final rallies and the 29 May elections.

JOHANNESBURG - The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) will take its message of nationalisation, quality education for all, and a supply of reliable water to residents of Lenasia, south of Johannesburg, on Saturday afternoon.
Its leader, Julius Malema, is expected to address a town hall meeting and share his party’s manifesto.

Lenasia residents have for several years complained of drugs, land grabs, and other criminal activities in the area.
Malema joins several other political leaders who are on the ground, campaigning ahead of their final rallies and the 29 May elections.
In March, Minister of International Relations Naledi Pandor was in the area, brought by her party, the African National Congress (ANC), to participate on a panel on the conflict currently unfolding in Palestine.
Lenasia is home to a largely Muslim community, and that move was largely seen as a bid by the ANC in the province to get its support before the polls.
The EFF has wasted no time bringing out its own big gun in its leader, Malema.
While the venue largely remains empty, it's likely to fill up in a couple of hours before the red berets leader takes to the stage.
