Firefighters to run Two Oceans marathon in full gear for charity
Jermaine Carelse and Renaldo Duncan have taken on a huge challenge to raise money for Volunteer Wildfire Services.

Two firefighters are upping the ante at the Two Oceans marathon by running in their full firefighting kit to raise money for charity.
This is the third time these two have taken on this challenge.

Running in their gear won't only add about 10 kilograms of weight, but also be extremely hot.

Last year they managed to raise an impressive R181,000 and are hoping to raise R400,000 this year for Volunteer Wildfire Services (VWS).
Duncan says VWS desperately needs the donations, especially after the difficult fire season recently.
