Hlokomela, a Sesotho word translating to “be careful”, is the title given to the campaign aimed at curbing the prevalence of road accidents in the country's economic hub.
In a statement, SANTACO said the imperative to act had never been more pressing, considering the indelible mark left behind by the rising road accident statistics in the province.
