JOHANNESBURG - The State will on Tuesday make its final arguments in the bail application of the men accused of killing rapper Kiernan "AKA" Forbes and his friend, Tebello "Tibz" Motsoane.
Five men arrested in connection with the double murder have been appearing at the Durban Magistrates Court for bail proceedings.
The State is also waiting on the extradition of two men who were arrested in Eswatini.

AKA and Tibz were shot and killed last year outside a restaurant in Durban.
Last week, the State told the Durban Magistrates Court that it would not be in the interests of justice for the five men to be released on bail.
In an affidavit, Warrant Officer Kumarasan Pillay told the court they had a strong case against the accused.
Pillay said the State has CCTV footage evidence, witness statements, cellphone records and tracker records which place the five men at the centre of the murders.
