Free The Children: A Concert for Peace

Artists from South Africa and Ukraine come together to put on a unique and moving concert at the Nirox Sculpture Park, inspiring a global movement to #FreeTheChildren.

When: 21 March 2024, 10am to 6pm

Johannesburg Zoo Birthday Celebration

The Johannesburg Zoo is celebrating its 120th birthday with a massive party.

Alongside the animals, there will be kiddie play areas, food stalls, and live performances to keep the whole family entertained.

Human Rights Trail Run

Dust off your running shoes and spend the morning outside at the Human Rights Day Trail Run.

The event offers several distances – 2km, 5km, 10km and 15km.

There are also other amenities such as a bar and restaurant that you can enjoy post-run.

Komedy Kong: Comedy Night

Human Rights Festival

Constitutional Hill will once again host the Human Rights Festival.

The 6th edition is action-packed with four days of activism, topical debates and reflection.

Enjoy several films, poetry and theatre showcases, music and children’s festival as well as a market.
