WC police confirm development in Joshlin Smith investigation

CAPE TOWN - Western Cape police have confirmed a major development in the police investigation into the disappearance of six-year-old Joshlin Smith in Saldanha Bay.
Joshlin has been missing for 16 days after disappearing from her family home in Middelpos on Monday the 19th February.
Earlier on Wednesday police said a number of people were being questioned in connection with the case.
Police have confirmed some suspects will appear in court on Thursday.
However, no further details have been shared.
On Tuesday, police confirmed two men and two women were taken in for questioning.
It was also confirmed that they were following all leads, including claims the girl may have been trafficked and sold, after she disappeared from her family home while in the care of her mother's boyfriend.
Meanwhile, a massive search involving around 700 people continues in the west coast town.
