‘Let's get married!’ Miss SA Natasha Joubert is engaged!

Miss South Africa 2023 Natasha Joubert is on cloud nine after announcing that she and her boyfriend Enrico Vermaak are engaged.

The 26-year-old was emotional when Enrico got down on one knee while they were on a yacht in Cape Town. 

“Yes to today, tomorrow, and every day after. Enrico and I are celebrating eight years and five months together today and eternity to come,” she wrote on Instagram alongside an emotional video of the moment.   

The excited bride-to-be shares that while she suspected that he would pop the question soon, he caught her off guard. 

“I thought it might take place at a wine farm on Saturday, but Enrico decided to switch things around and propose during a Friday evening cruise.”

Enrico arranged for a private moment on the yacht’s top deck and arranged for the families to hide downstairs in the kitchen area of the ship. 

“I was filming content on the front of the yacht when suddenly Enrico was standing there, ready to propose, with our friends and family in tow. I am on cloud nine and so happy. It’s a dream come true!” she added.

She says they will likely tie the knot when her Miss SA reign is over. 

“Is this real life? An actual dream come true…” she shared on social with a carousel of images of the two of them.
