GrandWest completely (but temporarily) shuts down its business for maintenance

Lester Kiewit speaks to Elouise Matthys (GrandWest PR Manager) about their complete but temporary shutdown to carry out essential maintenance and upgrades.

Listen below.

Due to urgent maintenance and upgrades to the electrical infrastructure, the 23-year-old entertainment venue shut down temporarily on Sunday (18 February). Management expects it to reopen by Thursday (22 February), maybe sooner, should everything go as planned.

"We've spent the last year looking to upgrade our electrical infrustructure. We are literally overhauling infrustructure completely and replacing five older generators."
- Elouise Matthys, PR Manager - GrandWest

City Lodge on GrandWest's premises remains open but the entertainment center is closed.

Keep an eye out on social media to stay updated on the venue's reopening.
