Gilchrist reports of an Australian man calling for the ban of revealing bikinis at the beach.
Ian Grace says that women and girls who wear these swimsuits are “cheapening themselves”.
In a letter to the Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate, he admitted to being distracted by the triangle bikinis on the beach.
"One young lady in particular was walking on the footpath on the main road and had the tiniest triangle in front and was as close to naked as anyone could be.”
When news of Grace’s letter broke, dozens of protestors took to the beach in their skimpiest swimwear to fight for their right to wear what they wanted on the beach.
