JOHANNESBURG - Graft-accused kykNET TV presenter, Henriette Marx, is set to make another appearance in the dock of the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court in Pretoria on Wednesday.

She and her husband, Andries Marx, are accused of swindling his former employer out of R32 million.

They were arrested and made their first appearance in the dock in December.

Henriette and Andries Marx are accused alongside an associate of the latter's and four of their companies.

They allegedly diverted millions of rands worth of incoming payments from clients of Vereeniging-based steel works company Yellow Star Manufacturing, for which Andries used to work, into their own bank accounts.

They're also accused of falsifying invoices and channelling payments from Yellow Star's account into their own under the guise of settling the bills.

They face a raft of charges, including multiple counts of theft, fraud, and money laundering.

They're currently out on R20,000 bail each.
