Idris Elba in isolation after testing positive for COVID-19
In a tweet posted on Monday evening, the actor said that he had tested positive earlier in the day but had no symptoms of the virus so far and that he had 'been isolated' since finding out.

He added that he would keep update fans on how he was doing.
The actor also appealed to people to stay home and be pragmatic about dealing with the virus.
Elba is not the only celebrity to have the disease. Hollywood couple Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson are also in isolation in Australia after they contracted the virus.
