'Still a sense of disbelief' over Kobe Bryant's death

The NBA legend, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and seven others died in a helicopter crash on Sunday.

JOHANNESBURG - As the world continues to react to the shocking death of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna, many are finding it hard to accept the news.

The NBA legend, his 13-year-old daughter and seven others died in a helicopter crash on Sunday.

EWN US correspondent Nadia Neophytou spoke to 702's Bongani Bingwa on the tragedy.

"The reality that this larger-than-life character is dead is hard for people to accept. There is still a sense of disbelief. Bryant was an icon for people around the world."
