48 displaced after Maitland shack fire

There are no reports of injuries and the cause of the fire is unknown at this stage.

CAPE TOWN - At least 48 people have been left homeless following a shack fire in Maitland, Cape Town.

About 13 structures burnt down during the fire.

There are no reports of injuries and the cause of the fire is unknown at this stage.

Local authorities are investigating.
