Parow fire finally extinguished

CAPE TOWN - A building fire in Parow in Cape Town has finally been extinguished after three days.

On Monday night, firefighters managed to put out the blaze in King Edward Street.

Fire and Rescue's Theo Lane says no injuries have been reported.

“We still have two vehicles monitoring the situation and they’re going to remain there until they’re satisfied that all the hotspots have burnt out or that the fire is now completely extinguished.”
